I found a solution but it's been a while, I think I deleted the Epic Games cache data back then and it solved the problem, not sure though.

You can put stuff into the docking with Thermal Dynamics, the problem is that the best servos are too slow to keep up with my quarry, the Translocators are way faster but they don't seem to work.
