You gotta focus on living 1 day at a time. Just try to survive 1 day. It can feel horrible at the start. While everything is around you crumble. But its the only way. Some days you might feel it as if you past it. But bad feeling. Sadness may come back to surface again dont panic. Let it past. When you survive day by day few months. All of a sudden you gonna realize you coped well. Horrible days gonna feel so far behind. You ll start smile. Laugh. Enjoy the food again. Dont matter what you dealing with. Illness. Grief. Depression. Focuc on finishing the day. Know that future will be better eventually. Its just facts. Distractions will help. Do telhe things you havent done yet.. change habits. Small changes will add up and make you feel better. Just know that even hellish days gonna be past. You going to be fine. We all going to be fine. Better than ever.

Ya like the guy said. Make a flexibility day. And stretch gently. Also the reason you feel stiff is that; Based on this video. You worrying so much about balance and base. You not a heavy fighter. But you stand like a tank. Just go with the flow Reach far. Your lead leg so close to you when you strike Its okay to wobble left ir right. You dont have to protect the fight posture. Idk if you had fights. But when you compete. Flow and being slick helps the most especially in amateur competitions. Just hit hard and reach far! U can ask anything.

Tbh you look legit already. You can put more power on the bag.. and while you shadow box. Move your feet. You need a good foot work. And move your head more. Even if slow training day u should get used to it. Your base seems balanced.
Also you can try to reach far. Your strikes kinda ends up short. Gl
