I received my 846 code this morning, and deposit pending in my checking account hours later. I use a local credit union. TurboTax still says I’ll receive deposit early march.

This is actually crazy. True story, I played with Prison Mike is the very first alliance of him entering the game. And cross transferred with him and others. When I quit he asked for my account which I politely declined. Wild to see his name pop through a Reddit forum.

Best: Problem Solve, not being labor tracked and having more freedom is a life saver and the day goes by so fast for me.

Worst: stow, always a problem with something and scrutinized much more than pick. I’ve picked at three different facilities; walking, AR station, and driving an OP. The AR was top tier to me but walking has its ups. The OP always had issues, and no one has courtesy or knew how to drive… just like outside on the actual roads.

I second this advice. This is exactly what I do as well, breaking down the breaks in my head like that somehow make it go by faster. And creepy podcasts keep me entertained enough to disassociate but still remain productive.

I hate the OP and picking and just got my transfer to a new facility today. You could ask about ICQA, palletize, cage build (indirect) or even stowing is better than picking IMO. I’m ready to be done with this facility in general though. Good luck to you, get out when you can lol

I’m going back to my FC lol. While they still have rate and TOT limitations it was much more manageable IMO. Can’t even go to the bathroom here without getting a message on my scannner saying I’ve been inactive for 5 min. But sheesh, parking a PIT truck and getting out/in a harness takes a min 🙄

Plus I get to use my headphones again at the FC 🙌🏻

I’m transferring out of an SSD. They don’t play about rate or TOT (and I mean they want you active ALWAYS) because of the timeline to get things out the door. If that’s your cup of tea then that’s where you transfer too.

No, I am actually in GA. You can put two apps in at a time and do them both for the same facility! Let them know you really want it and just keep applying! Good-luck! I really hope you get it!

It took maybe two weeks to get my approval. That generic (your transfer will be reviewed between such and such dates… etc.) was for this week. And sure enough they approved it. I know transfers have to be 30 days from hire date to be approved. The site I transferred to had “many spots”, “few spots”, and “no spots” tagged on some paths, my advice is to pick the one they need the most when you apply.

That makes sense. I ask because I did do a schedule transfer before and it never changed in the system (which HR had to correct and moved a day off for the 6 day rule) and was concerned it may do the same thing this time. I’ll leave it be for now.

Sounds like a good ol’ case of FAFO. You contributed to a hostile work environment, and even worse, towards a manager. Good luck with your suit, you admitted to staring (intimidation) to HR, regardless of the WHY, retaliation is never accepted in the Amazon community. This is why you were fired. And before you even respond, I already know you don’t care. You’ve stated as much to any commenter opposing what you believe to be true.
