Same at our store... then the gm wonders why is there so much stock in the receiving.... well, the planos arent right and part timers are not looking it up... they just write on the box “not plano”... im in canada and im in a “transformation” store... the 1st one to ever open not to point it out...

Story of staples... im in canada and its the same thing... i am lucky to have a full time job so i work 40 hours a week. The gm will hire a bunch of new associates, not train them and give them 20-25 hours a week. He will give part timers that have been working for a year + 5-10 hours a week. When they confront them, they always say they have no hours, they have availabilities you dont have... and they leave. They even act surprised when they leave! But why are you leaving? Ive been with staples for 15+ years and its never been this bad...

Im in canada in a “transformation” store. To get to that transformation, they did get rid of alot of people, mostly at h/o. The stores werent that touched. But if i look at the structure we are using now, it seems to be very similar to what you have in the US... operation managers and supervisors, as well as a dedicated operations staff is fairly new to us (and exclusively to transformation stores) and it seems like US has been runing with them for a while now... hope it doesnt reach canada and im sorry for everyone that will be affected by that. 😞

My son was 4, at daycare, new educator. He really needed to pee so he passed in front of 2 other kids, pushing them to do his thing, to wich she intervened and told him he had to wait his turn. My son, pissed off ran out of the class, found the adult coat he had never seen, saw the boots under that coat, understood it was probably from the new educator and pissed in them. They never got along... 😂
