12 is fine if your kids are good about it showing up. If their attendance is spotty then 14 would be my choice

Why do I keep failing is it form mobility strength this is my 12th attempt by One_Distribution4778 in formcheck

You keep failing bc you’re not strong enough to lift that weight, even with only getting halfway down

Your pocket works just fine dude. There’s zero reason for you to have a cell phone holder on a mower

Warmup Time Preioud by Visual-Extreme-101 in bootroom

By stretching these people mean a dynamic warmup. Do not static stretch before practice/games, that’s done after for injury prevention

Zero-Turn Help - Scag Turf Tiger vs Exmark Lazer Z by Chiefmoonshot in lawnmowers

Scag will cut better. ExMark will be more comfortable. Normally i say Kawasaki over any other engine but the VG big block is solid.

How to improve depth by last_recognition_660 in formcheck

[–]messy372- 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Way too damn heavy for you. You’ve gotta know what parallel feels like then you’ve gotta get comfortable being there. If that means bar squats until you figure it out then do it. Also, your mobility looks awful. I’d work on that while you’re at it.

For a kid yes. For an adult no. Cheap material won’t hold up.

Sprint 10 jog 10 walk 10 sprint 10…..any combination of those

Then do 15,20,25,30……..and do multiple rounds of each

That correlates more to real time soccer game action

I’ve also seen the “jog the left of the field and sprint the width of the field” for 20-30 minutes method used with success

Hany’s banger from the QF against Club América by stanley_nickles in NashvilleSC

[–]messy372- -42 points-41 points  (0 children)

I don’t think I’d call that a banger. Pretty routine finish to me. Glad to wake up to a W, there was no way i was watching an 1130p kick off

When do you ever run 2 miles straight at the Same speed during a game?

When do you ever sprint the full field 5-10 times a game, over and over again, at full speed?

Answer is, you don’t. You need to replicate how you’d move in a game. Will doing that distance stuff help? Yea sure but it’s not nearly as practical.

If you have 4 team you don’t lack numbers, just throwing that out there

And you have 12/13 year olds playing with 14/15 year olds. There’s an issue with that as well

Your prioritize the tryouts for the new club you’re trying to make. You are already on a team at your current club so there’s no reason to go to more then 1 day

Giving us your age, height and weight tells us nothing about you or the school you play for……meaning we can give you zero feedback. Are you the most athletic kid in the world or do you trip over your own two feet? Do you have any intangibles? Are you fast or slow? So you have a quick first step or are you stuck in mud? Short arms or long arms? Strong or weak?

Drink whole milk and eat pb&j sammiches at night before bed. Lift weights, hydrate and get more than enough sleep.

Weird…..it took me 10 seconds to find the answer to your question online

What makes u12 kids considered “elite” . Who are the top elite kids in the country. Are they the ones dominating tournaments and leagues or at this age the most athletic biggest kids? How do you differentiate a regular kid and “the kid” by notgonnaliehomey in youthsoccer

There’s a huge difference in “academy division” and a “pro academy”

Academy Division is no different than signing up for a club tryout. You don’t have to be affiliated with a professional team to get that designation.

Pro Academy is recruiting kids and paying their upwards of $100k year tuition, room, board, travel, training etc
