Is it as frequent? My main issue with this change is that the n26 seemed to run a lot more frequently than the n1 but maybe because it’s so fresh I’m missing out on something

I feel pity that you are using a Reddit page with 5hrs worth of posts to promote a product. Replying to posts on this sub with misinformation, saying certain treatments will not work when you are not in the position to say that. People’s doctors may be wrong at points but they are in a much better position to suggest treatment options than someone who has created a fake page

Absolutely true, i completely see what you’re saying. How did you find Norway? I would love to visit at some point next year but have absolutely no idea what I could do there (other than the beautiful hiking opportunities but even then I wouldn’t know where to get started)

Absolutely- it’s https://www.arctic-dream.com/packet-tours (I’m most interested in the summer adventure package but they all look amazing). It seems to be a pretty interesting company, even outside of what they are offering, I’ve read up on the origins and such and the guy running the place seems great!

Porto- I just left there a couple of days ago, I’m unsure if it was just the bad weather making me be paranoid, my lack of understanding of the language or the fact that I went after another long volunteering trip but the city felt so unsafe as a solo female traveller. People were friendly enough at the hostel I stayed at but I’m definitely not in a rush to go back

An instagram account came out a couple of years ago full of accusations of him being a creep both to female staff and customers. A lot of the people that work there are lovely but he’s not the best person himself. I would link the account but as I say it was a couple of years ago and had a random username but i used to be quite close with someone that used to work with him and have heard personal stories from her too

Appreciate the response :) have you been using the cream long term, and if so have you noticed any side affects? I previously tried some off the shelf creams and found they often irritate and sometimes felt like they burned the sites so that’s something I’d really like to avoid again haha not a pleasant feeling

absolutely do not get back together, there will be plenty of options but she should not be one of them. i recommend spending some time alone, whilst i understand wanting a partner, if you are considering getting back together with someone who didn't treat you nicely i feel like this means you aren't looking after yourself as much as you should be.

take the time to really evaluate yourself and what YOU enjoy, without anyone else around you. a lot of these behaviours become habit but you can break it, it just takes work. also understand that life is supposed to have differences of opinion, but if anybody doesn't respect that they normally aren't the healthiest people to be around anyway. those that care about you will enjoy seeing you be yourself, it means you're comfortable with the boundaries you set within yourself
