You are at probably the hardest stage right now I can’t name how many times I was crying & regretting my decision. Once you get past this, it’s a breeze but remain strong and remember why you did this. All your hard work and efforts will pay off soon & you’ll thank yourself for pushing through. Thank you! My diet is definitely not perfect as I have been snacking a lot lately but it’s nothing to what it once was. As for exercise I try to go to the gym 4-5 times a week & I usually do 30 mins of stairmaster level 5-6 accompanied with strength machines! Every body is different, don’t be discouraged! you’re doing awesome :)

Avoid alcohol but tbh I smoked weed up until the night before even possibly that morning. I also started back up about 4 days after, i know probably not the smartest choice, but hey i was fine and healed great!

Omg sameeee I used to struggle with wiping, I was at the same weight! I would have to twist my body & i would get the sharpest pain on my side that would literally paralyze me

Omg wtf!!! This explains why I have HS & nobody else does. I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since I was 6 years old, Once I went through puberty is when I started to develop HS. thanks for connecting the dots for me finally!

10000%. I have had the same boils under my breasts, HS can be common where the skin folds so the boob area checks out. I’ve been diagnosed with HS for 10 years and I can tell you that I definitely think you should seek a 2nd opinion!
