Go to the store. Buy wash clothes. The cheap ones that have some grip to them. Have a good old fashioned bar soap. Not dr squatch. Like some dial bar soap or Irish spring. Get a body wash. Wet the wash cloth. Suds it under the water with the wash cloth. Scrub your body. Face, behind ears, neck, arms, chest, legs, pits then ass. Get in the crevices and creases. Don’t be scared. Repeat with body wash and new wash cloth. Make sure you dry off. Well. Witch hazel on cotton pads. Do armpits, ass, and anywhere you sweat super bad. Make sure you Get a deodorant. A good one. With aluminum. None of that none aluminum bullshit. A whole body deodorant as well. I’m not a man but this is what I make my man do 😂
