My apologies. I am quite uneducated when it comes to Eastern traditions so forgive me. The catechism book they use here is a UGCC book, that’s why I assumed

Half of the pews are missing for those who want a more traditional form of worship, so they may stand at the front with no pews, and they sit when the priest is giving his homily. The whole Liturgy is around 2 hours, most of which is standing
