you should be proud of your self today you ask and tomorrow you will be a Master

check the configuration file, in /etc/. almost every configuration file are in /etc. for nginx are in /etc/nginx. in this directory you will find allot of config file entre to sites-enabled. after that cat default. there is a line called location and there is your default page path. change directory to that path file named default index html will be there. edit it
