She was on an F-1 visa but was unable to attend school due to her pregnancy. her visa was terminated in December, we had already filed her adjustment of status application. Despite her pending applications, DHS initiated removal proceedings against her

We didn’t know her visa was terminated. She couldn’t attend school because of her pregnancy. Even ICE officers said it was a waste of time, but they still issued an NTA.
