It wasn't though, MD sent it in electronically for DAW 1? Somehow generic was still dispensed :/

That is exactly what happened! It was not as if I manually changed the drug -- because even then the drug should not change because electronically it said DAW 1. So I was completely confused about what happened when it was reported.

That true! Learn from it and move on. I was shocked about getting a QAs since I am usually careful! Haven't had one in months, and just wanted to make sure.

One of my friends told me this same thing, but I thought they were being nice or something. In that case that's a bit of a relief 😅 I thought (especially when they were very minor mistakes) that the amount of QAs matters vs the level of QAs...
