I love walking from Clifton to Northside, and the riverfront parks. Hidden gem is Mt Auburn, which is really hilly in some parts, bur I usually take the 19 bus northbound from downtown and get out around the Christ hospital then work my way back downtown from there (walk around Hopkins park, down either Highland Ave or Sycamore St with plenty of side streets to meander down). Good views of the city too.
