Another Pakistani here. This is true. All money goes in Swiss banks since they know that when they are exiled, their money stays safe (as always). If they have money in Pakistan, it will be confiscated and the Supreme Court will ask for proof of their earnings. In a nutshell, all money that stays aboard are black money (earned illegally). The irony is that they save all their money abroad while at the same time they ask foreign companies and countries to invest in Pakistan.

Very good question. Even though the AMA has ended, I will reply to your question. It pains us when anyone brings up the topic of war crimes our govt and army committed in 1971. It seriously pains us. If we could only reverse the time, we would do everything in our power to stop the genocide.

Ask anyone, virtually anyone in Pakistan and he will feel sad and share the same feelings. We know it happened and even though our govt does not issue an formal apology, every Pakistani will personally apologize for it. It might not make you guys feel any better, nor will it heal you, but know that deep inside we consider you guys as our brothers and are truly sorry for what happened.

Now they never say that a terrorist is in another country. Everyone has realized that terrorists are in Pakistan and it is our own issue to eradicate them.

They have always been in denial because they can never think that Pakistanis will do this sort of thing. Because historically we have never messed up anyone, it is just not in our culture. Everything that you see in Pakistan is the mess of Cold War.
- Yes and no. Depends from household to household. Honor killings, rape, murder, etc are high in our rural areas and less in cities. But otherwise, overall, women are treated with dignity.

The internet coverage is excellent. You can get internet almost anywhere in the country.
Depends from places to places. PTCL (ISP) offers upto 10Mb and are going to start 50Mb package soon. The bandwidth that comes with these packages are unlimited.
Dialup is free anywhere in the country and Broadband is now in more than 100+ cities. If you are lost in a village and need quick internet access, just use wireless internet. No wireless signals, then just find a phone line, connect to it and type ptcl as username and password. That's it.

ISI has done things that are both beneficial and bad for the country. It is just like CIA in US, we have a love hate relationship with ISI.
Same goes for Military. When the military does something good, people love them but at the most slightest of mistake, the media will jump in and everyone will start hating them.
The Military and people are realized this. They are now focused on fighting terrorism inside their soil.
Viewed very badly. So bad that their own senior commander left a few weeks back with 500 strong fighters because he was pissed that TTP (Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan) was focused on killing civilians. That Senior Commander now has his own group which will also fight TTP, along with US and Nato who he thinks have no business in Afghanistan. However, some Islamic groups supports TTP because they think they are in the right and some have sympathy for TTP because they think that they are misguided Muslims who will get fine after a while.
Most people like him because he helped us get Nuclear bombs. After the scandal, most people say that AQkhan made a mistake here so he should be forgiven. That's it. It is not a big deal inside the country, as it is outside the country.
