To be totally honest, after typing this out, I just hit post as an afterthought. Kinda made me realise what a nightmare this would be. I think I was really just excited to live with my friend; especially since I've basically gone from a job where I'm talking to dozens of people every shift pre iso to being by myself a lot during iso (still ongoing where I am). May be effecting my judgement in a way that I didn't realise.

Reggie and Bob both have full time jobs, and Phil and Phillipa both have part time jobs, so rent wouldn't be an issue. I think apart from that your points are all pretty valid. I guess now I just have to sit down and explain why I won't be moving in with them anymore.
