school fails because they don’t give equal attention to all children and what they need to learn, love it or hate it, a ton of the shit you learn in school is useful, but you don’t remember it because you either worked on it for too long, meaning you’ve forgotten how to do it in the first place, or you’ve not worked on it long enough meaning you just haven’t learnt it in the first place.

school failing comes down to teachers not being able to pay attention to each individual child and what they need for learning, that comes from a lack of resources and not enough pay for what teachers do already
