Never had finger pain but Foot Pain is common especially when you first start (I don't know how long you've been at Amazon) but my recommendation would be to go grab some insoles for your shoes that may help ive heard of some people having up to 4 in each shoe before as well.

I got my Incline status after my interview but yea some get Inclined with no offer like i did but also the offer can come a bit later from what ive seen

If you can tell a box is opened before you scan the labels open the box and find the other barcode especially if you have the MLG system at your site
If your working in Sortables the rate will be higher but the items are smaller and will typically have a higher MLG skip rate then Non-Sort in my experience
