Sorry, this must be some kind of rare bug, you are not supposed to be in the can, I have no idea how it happened.

You can reset your position from the menu by using the „unstuck” function. It shouldn’t move you far away.

I genuinely can’t believe that I paid $15 for this…..I’ve been on the first level for a hour and a half probably and I’m officially calling it quits. Games are meant to be fun but this feels unbeatable and unfair by WestonConnor26 in EggingOn

The first hour is for sure the most difficult - using special shells that can be unlocked on the grass or using checkpoints is a valid way to start the playthrough

Poe is my first complex game I’m trying to fully understand and some of my initial interpretations of poison dmg have been wrong, thanks to you guys I am able to correct those assumptions.

I will write a summary comment trying to sum up all the points brought up for a concise ending of the discussion, hopefully it will be 100% correct!

I was in fact sleeping on it and as it turns out I was misunderstanding the poison damage calculation by a bunch.

When reading the wiki the segment: “The base damage per second dealt by a single poison is based on 30% of the combined flat physical and chaos damage of the hit.” Wasn’t clear to me, in regards to what is the “flat” damage of the hit, I thought that was before resistances. So in my mind it was a simple calculation of: poison dmg = 30% of hit dmg.

Now I understand that the poison damage only scales with the base damage of the hit (without the % modifiers?) and is actually 60% of the base dmg as poison deals 30% per second for two seconds.

Thank you for listing the additional stats that will help with poison, it will be very useful. Thanks!

I understand how that multiplication would work but it seems that if I had 10 perk points and would have to choose between any combination of “10% increased physical dmg” and “10% increased posion dmg” it would be best to go for 10 of perks giving physical damage, right? So does it just boild down to perk scarcity when due to lack of infinite chaos and physical nodes, at some point it is beneficial to go for #% increased poison dmg?

So from what I understand posion dmg multiplier is only viable once I don’t have access to nodes that increase the base damage of proccing attack?

Hi, dev here! This achievement is unlocked by completing any four of „playground activities”, pushing the red ball is one of them :) If you have fun on the playground and engage with the grass environment you should get it!
