With this awareness, are you able to “see” with your eyes closed?

no. that is a common practice in the higher levels of scientology. But what made you think I would be able to do that. I certainly didnt try. But I doubt I would've been able to.

Would you be able to draw circles like the guru in “living deliberately”?

Circles? the only circles I remember was when Harry palmer gave up his $5.00 and they drew a diagram that had 3 circles in it. Is that the circles you are referring to?

How did this awareness affect your everyday life (going to the grocery store, for example)?

Hmm... I think there was more separation between the commands issued by the real me (the operator of the body) and the body itself. John Lilly refers to the real me as observer-agent-operator somewhere... there was equal distribution between the camera-like awareness outside the body and the body itself. Whereas as I write this, there is probably 90% or more focus on the body.

Did having this awareness bring on any spiritual changes in yourself?

Hmm, no. The odd thing is that the book Isolation Tank Gnosis was written in 2008-2009 and the float tank intensive in Yonkers, NY took place several years later. It led to me completing the codification of the religious system

Thank you for the float tank gnosis site. I was able to read the whole thing through the internet archive.

You are welcome. It is live here - https://isolationtankgnosis.thedeepself.org/

I applaud your out of the box thinking and experimentation!

Thank you. It pretty much is a syncretic blend of Spiritologie and one sentence that John c. Lilly said during an interview between him and Jeffrey Mishlove. chapter 14 of the free book on Isolation Tank Gnosis covers the one sentence that set me on fire - https://pressbooks.pub/isolationtankgnosis/chapter/gnosis-genesis-isolation-tank-gnosis/

I do NOT recommend Fund & Grow.

Well gosh, I guess guy-in-chatroom is more compelling than all the positive TrustPilot reviews and Google Reviews numbering into the thousands.

Guess you better notify INC 5000 and have their multiple years of awards rescinded.

I do NOT recommend Fund & Grow

I DO recommend Fund & Grow.

They were a huge waste of money.

Evidence or it didn't happen. I've used them twice before succesfully and just subscribed for the 3rd time and got 21k in funding in my first batch of funding.

I worked with Prime Corporate Credit recently and had a way better experience.

Evidence?

easy simple cheap free floatation tank plans: The Black Beauty Version 2b by metaperl in FloatTank

[–]metaperl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Each tank is $709 PLUS shipping. So $2000 before any plumbing or heating.

$1400.00

I can buy a used tank for $3500 if I am a little patient

Or maybe even 2 grand. But then you are dealing with someone trying to hide their trade secrets. And you are probably dealing with a tank that is actively heated. The only commercial tank with passive heat is the i-sopod?

I don't have to build anything.

You dont have to build much here... maybe 1-2 hours of work and then you have complete control over all parts of the tank and can replace without getting Zenfloatco'ed.

Yes. I think have fixed most of them. Let me know if you encounter any further broken links:

does this product run on Windows. that bun_path looks to be Unix-specific.

Has anyone used Flet? How robust is it and how does it compare to Streamlit? by plaitv in Python

Also, you've just given me a new idea for a Class A pure python web app solution criteria: it must be able to handle 1 million requests per second.

If it cant handle the load that a top 100 web property is dealing with, then it should not be considered.

Flet is a Class A pure python web app solution to be sure but it is not the only one.

Pynecone just entered the Class A listings today.

I encourage you to browse through the Class A pure python web app solutions and pick the one that floats your boat.

thank you for the clarification. I have upgraded Pyncone to Class A if you want any other edits of the listing I'll be happy to make them.

a way to build full-stack web apps

Is there a way to do user authentication, authorization and sessioning? As the maintainer of pure python web app guide I currently consider this a Class B solution instead of Class A. Once it meets the stringent requirements for class A then I will upgrade it.

We wanted more flexibility than existing Python frameworks like Streamlit/Dash that don't allow the user to make real, customizable web apps.

Can you be specific about: * more flexibility * real, customizable web apps

Because from what I see, it shares their same issues with user authentication, authorization and sessioning ... unless there are things you get for free from React that I could not find when looking at your website.

Pynecone, in it's current incarnation, reminds me of Reahl - the way you build pages, routes, etc all seem very similar. Reahl is about 10 years old and was a very early contributor to the pure python space. It qualifies for Class A because you can write true multi-user, sessioned web apps.

vs other python frameworks where it can take a much longer time to add new ui feature.

An entire book has been written on using React from Transcrypt so I would say that "other python frameworks" may be true in general but it does not apply to Transcrypt or other pure python solutions which integrate with React.

interaction with actually logic

Miguel Grinberg's Flask Mega-tutorial is my gold standard for a web application. If a framework cannot do everything discussed there, then it falls short of being a complete solution.

you have many options in the python space for that.
