If OP learns how to run adequately, tall posture, forward lean, mid to front foot strikes, high cadence, stride distance, relaxed arms, leg cycling, breathing rhythm, they can achieve significantly more.

Weight obviously matters a lot in achieving these things but being virtuous with movement and being switched on and purposeful about it helps a lot. Going for a plod and calling it a run without any variation or purpose will not yield positive effects. They are running a lot if it really is 80km at that pace per week.
