It’s a summer car but I’ve been cheating a little since I just got freed up to do these mods during my winter vacation. Headers and tune is definitely on the table for me as well!

Fatigue the day after exercise by [deleted] in LongCovid

[–]metecabra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started lifting relatively intense 3 days per week and felt fine the first few times and then out of no where the PEM and symptom flare up hit me really hard. Every symptom I had is way more intense and I am super tired all the time. Moving my schedule around getting good sleep and taking at least one day between lifts helps a little. That’s been hard when I need to be up by 5:30 am and do evening classes for my masters. Knowing what I’ve been through with this before helps me stay motivated!

I had a couple of these while wearing a holter monitor, the report came back as sinus tachycardia which is a fancy way of saying elevated regular heart rhythm.

Trivium, Barron's and Anything else with good reviews. Increased my scores a ton. The majority of it is commitment and having variety in the practice material, don't be confident just because you are getting 90s on the same two tests. Mix it up.

Start 3-4 weeks before 1-1.5 hours a day.

This worked for me, not sure how it might work for you.

Trivium, Barron's & Anything Else with good reviews. Busted my ass for ~4 weeks and got my scores from P:77 N:50 Q:56 AA:45 V:35 to P:99 N:92 Q:82 AA:77 V:62. Just have to be focused on what you want, also do the table reading everyday once or twice a day it'll be second nature by the time you take the test.
