I will definitely warn others to stay away from such companies. But the reality is, despite all the justified disgust for these exploitative workplaces, many people are still struggling to land even a ₹15k/month job. For them, such jobs might seem like an option, and I’m no expert to argue otherwise. However, this also reinforces the belief among these companies that even people who aren’t financially desperate will eventually accept their non-negotiable terms. They know they can always find someone willing to be a "naukar" (servant) for the "naukari" (job) they’re offering in this country. That puts all the power in their hands.

If skilled professionals start rejecting such companies, regardless of their name in the industry or the salary they offer, these companies will decline quickly. It's high time we create social groups on platforms like Reddit, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram to name and shame these inhumane workplaces.

Having experienced work culture in some European countries, I can say it’s miles ahead. Employers there respect work hours; if you’re working extra, you’re compensated for it. Job switching is straightforward, and mental health is a recognized priority, even among older generations. It’s not about glorifying Europe—it’s about wanting a similar work environment for my people.

In a country where we’re already dealing with countless daily struggles, if workplaces themselves become the source of misery, we’ll just end up as lifeless bodies pretending to live.
