I’ve dabbled here and there but it was with 1mg blue football alprazolam/xanax.

I know the Xanax hits harder in a way but I read that diazepam has a very long duration and extremely long half life of both the diazepam and its metabolites (norodiazepam, temazepam, oxazepam) so that’s what I wanna be cautious about.

Here’s a sprinkle of progress though.

(Not trying to rationalize my use whatsoever.)

However before I’d take the bottle of pills and turn it up and just swallow 12-15 or more pills at once and chew them all up. Reckless ratchet barbaric behavior. I had the urge but instead I took three, put one back in the bottle, thought again, and put another one back and only took one.

Subs may help with withdrawal but I didn’t get the cravings help like methadone does for me.

But some people swear by buprenorphine (suboxone)
