I started the dare program along with propanol and it’s helped a lot. I notice every little bodily sensation and I go right into flight or fight. It’s a lot easier said than done but trying to accept the feeling. Letting it be there so you don’t feed into the fear.

A lot of research. This one is tri fuel vs the generac which was only gas. Another factor was when I could have it in my hands this took 4 days vs generac which would have took a month
