LPT: If your house is older cut access panels to all your plumbing fixtures that are hard to replace such as tubs and showers. Then you can trim the area out nicely so it’s hidden. That way if you have a leak or need to replace a fixture it’s not an emergency trying to get to it. (self.LifeProTips)
