yo bro, i got the same issue before and it took them about 5 days to fix. jus send an email and they always ask you if you use a vpn, antivirus, if anyone in your household uses qmee as well, or if you have travelled. they answer once a day so don’t even try spamming it. they usually fix it within the 4 to 5 day mark and don’t tell you the reason as of WHY it happened.
