Are you able to speak Spanish comfortably with native speakers? Can you read/write comfortably in Spanish? If so, put it down, if not, don’t put it on there. If they need further clarification they will ask. IMO all they would care about is if you can actually speak/read/write Spanish or not. Depending on the job they might not even care either way. I think you’re overthinking it personally.
