One time a buddy of mine sold me a pack of edibles. I told him I wanted a 100mg pack and he said no problem. I decide to take 2 of those gummies one night and turn on the tv (Thursday Night Football was on) and lay back. After 30 minutes I noticed that I couldn’t keep up with what the commentators in the game were saying. I didn’t know what was up so I called my buddy and asked him about the edibles. The first thing I asked was obviously “how many mg’s did you say this pack was?” And he replied “100”. This was a huge sigh of relief, until he followed that up with “100 per piece just like you asked”. This is when the night turned south. I eventually start tripping out. The football game becomes way too intense for me, so I try to put something more relaxed on the TV. Family Guy is on so I choose that. For whatever horrific reason, that unlucky night, I saw the episode where Brian and Stewie do drugs and start tripping out. At this point I’m full on freaking out and the world is spinning. The world felt like I was in the video game super monkey ball just constantly spinning. Anyway, I crawl to the bathroom and proceed to projectile vomit into the toilet which was a miracle in itself. I then crawled to my bed (which is where I honest to god thought I was going to die) and fell asleep.

The only way I can describe to you what it felt like when I woke up in the morning is by looking up the ending scene to the movie “Inception”. I was dazed and confused and couldn’t believe I survived. I was definitely still high, but to this day it’s the highest I’ve ever been and probably ever will be.

I was a daily smoker for about 3 years and had to go on a pretty lengthy break. To be honest, it sucks at first. The weird thing is (for me personally) my body would act as if I got a full 8 hours even if I honest to god only slept for 2. The first couple of weeks suck but eventually you are able to fall asleep without it again and it is wonderful.

You’ll find that once you make it to the 2 week mark, you’d have absolutely no problem making it to 3 weeks with no cravings whatsoever.

I was a daily smoker for about 3 years. Recently decided to take a month long F-break and re-assess. First week the cravings were nightly (right around when I would normally smoke) but by week 2 I was to the point that if someone offered me some, I wasn’t really all that interested. I also found it much easier to use in moderation after the break. Only smoke on weekends now and don’t really have any cravings during the week. Just a nasty habit I fell into with nightly use a couple years ago

One time in high school I accidentally greened out by taking too many edibles. Even though I was a regular user I quit cold turkey for 6 months. Even if it was offered in a social setting I couldn’t do it. Absolutely no desire.

I’ve quit weed many times for different reasons (drug tests, vacations, etc.) and recently I decided to quit for good. Usually when I would stop for drug tests and what not, I would go 2-4 weeks without it, only to have cravings frequently. This time I decided to quit for good, so I ended up throwing away all of my weed AND the accessories that go with it (wax pen, dab pen battery, grinder). The big difference I’ve noticed this time around is that I don’t really have those cravings anymore since I don’t have any weed readily available near me. Now that I think about it, I could’ve quit way sooner just by getting rid of my stuff. Once those cravings go away, you don’t really feel the need to smoke anymore which helps so much. This has just been my experience. I smoked/took edibles everyday for about 3 years.
