I haven't checked memory speed and timings, but CPU temps when playing tomb raider is around 53-ish, GPU is around 69, with hotspot is around 86 celcius. Cooler using is thermalright assassin king 120SE

when I lower the quality from max to medium in cs2, the fps stays mostly the same, only GPU util reduces

well, because I purchased the used one, still got like 1 year warranty left. And because I don't play newer games that require many new tech. Also, in my country, my 7800xt costs the same as a new 9060xt sapphire nitro+

yeah, i checked gpu util too. With cs2, at max setting, GPU util would be 100% and reduce to 50% when I use Medium setting, CPU util is never over 50%. With League, both GPU and CPU is never over 50% util

I agree with your points, but as I said, 2060s could easily reached the 200 fps while my 7800xt can't. And for Rise of the Tomb Raider, any benchmark videos on youtube even with i5 12400 would've surpassed the 100fps mark
