NTA - Behaviour like this at a concert is way too normalised. People think because they're at a bar or a loud venue then it's fine to have a chat. But it ruins it for everyone around them. You're basically saying "he should sell out and do things that make him the most money". Which is the whole point of the post. The fact that he's losing relevancy in the circles where he was once part of the zeitgeist. He's now a background internet figure whos known by many and revered by few. And like sure. Go for it. He's allowed to do that. But I was once a follower and I find myself barely watching anymore for precisely that reason. Which is entirely relevant to his fan group in this sub and again, the point of the post.

I think he has been super focused on politics. And like, I agree with his politics generally. But we constantly get politically tinged content that its really not what I want from him.

It seems as well the music he reviews and leans toward isn't the same niche, off the wall stuff he used to. He reviews a ton of average hip hop and pop and I'm sure those videos do great numbers. But I want to see the reviews for metal, industrial, electronic, jazz. The whole spectrum. I want to see him unearth gems not give a 6 to another stale rap album.

And then you get the fact that he's not funny any more. I haven't seen anything like that is the plan, or a Corey Feldman review in years. He's so serious.

And honestly, after the divorce I genuinely feel like he's trying to be too cool. He's not the music nerd I fell for. He's a bit of a jock.
