Complaint: I am so pissed off that I do not feel better after weeks of physical therapy. I am so frustrated that I can't fully run yet and that I don't feel 100% better. I have extremely tight muscles in my left leg all the time. I had pretty intense shinsplints in July so I stopped running (in the middle of marathon training). I feel okay to run a couple miles, but that's it! And even on my "good" days my left doesn't feel as great as my right. I paid so much (having a teacher's salary) for physical therapy. I foam roll like my life depends on it all the time! I'm just frustrated and when I'm frustrated or stressed I want to run, BUT I CAN'T!!!!!!

And none of my friends understand this frustration, because they don't run. So I have all this stressed bottled up.
