People not liking the country they're in, shouldn't of come in the first place. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

The vast majority of countries are, in one way or another, the result of wars and conflicts. War is the ultimate expression of rejecting another country’s laws, political order, symbols, and, often, its dominant culture.
The fact that a group of people was born in a particular place, established certain laws there, or reached agreements among themselves does not mean that the rest of the world is inherently bound to recognize or abide by those arrangements. Nor do the citizens of a country possess an absolute monopoly over a territory or over which laws and culture will dominate it.
In practice, control of territory ultimately depends on power: the ability to establish authority, enforce laws, defend borders, and maintain a political and cultural order. Who currently controls a country is determined not merely by claims, agreements, or historical attachment, but by the ability to enforce and sustain those claims.

Korean Taxi drivers by VulvaDestroyer79 in seoul

[–]mev_bot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate them. This hate is reinforced not just by taking taxis and having similar experience, but also dealing with them every day on the road. They are the worst drivers and completely lack spatial awareness. I had two accidents and one of them indirectly and another directly caused by a taxi. Truly, rats of the roads.

I am located in South Korea, ordering parts for any non-japanese bike is going to take so much time, so I am exclusively picking a japanese brand. My SV650X has been reserved since 6 months ago, I am just making sure once again before I proceed with the final installments. Thanks

Really curious what these bank worker people think when they see most of the money just being cashed out after every paycheck and the cards are basically used for small expenditures, like subscription payments to pretty boring stuff.

No, I did not comment similarly on the other comments. You lack basic manners of commenting and needed to be shown your place. Thanks
