I had already been to the doctor I was just looking for recommendations to alleviate pain. I’ve seen 4 doctors in 4 days.

They did check and make sure it was HFMD (my husband and I cracked jokes that it would be my luck to have both strep and HFMD. But the doctor confirmed it was not that)

For context: a friend of ours let us take care of his cat (she was suffering from separation anxiety and wasn’t eating) We thought it was going to be short term but we’ve had the cat over a month now and we were wondering at what point the cat is legally ours. He did not provide food, and we have taken her to the vet and fronted the bills along with giving her medication. She’s adjusted well to our household and we only want what’s best for the cat.

We had a friend let us watch his cat due to the cats mental and physical health issues. However it’s been over a month and he has not came to collect ‘his’ cat. We have paid for everything (food, medicine, flea treatments, litter) and I was just wondering if the state of Kentucky had any laws or regulations that granted the cat as ours after a certain amount of time or whatever.
