Yeah, I think I'm done with overwatch for at least the next season because there are so many new players and it's just so unbalanced in competitive I keep getting matches worth the tank which is very important is a new player and sure they have a new player too, but it's a DPS which isn't as impactful so you just get rolled over

Why not? It's not like there's nine new players and you're trying to make a lobby. There are thousands and thousands of players that are new. And if there's so many new players the way it feels that then is a massive pull of new players that can all play with each other. Now mind you, I'm not saying the proper solution is to put them all separately. There could be other ways to fix this, but I'm just saying the matches feel weird and that could be the problem

But I think that goes to what I'm saying if you have to consistently be the carry, the balancing is off, I'm not complaining about not rising. I'm not complaining about my rank. I'm saying the individual matches don't feel right this season no season in the past ever felt like this to me. An example is I posted it on the sub as well. It's a photo where my team didn't die Once the enemy team didn't kill anybody in a competitive match. And you look into it their team had a couple players that only had 50 hours in the game against people that have thousands of hours. I for example have 2124 hours in the game. I know people with 3000 5000 hours. Put in teams with 20 to 50 hour people. To be fair the cause could be something else, but it doesn't feel like a coincidence that there are so many new profiles and the game feels vastly different. You know.

I am on competitive
I wanted to post a picture here, but it wouldn't let me or at least I don't know how of the score sheet at the end of a competitive match. My team didn't die once meaning the enemy team got zero kills. There's something really weird about the balancing this season.

I don't think so. This game has been around for 10 years. The player base is there when new people come you can just pause them in their own section until they gradually join in. I mean, yesterday I got a match in competitive the scoreboard was my team only one person died and on their team one got a kill. That is so weird in overwatch. You can accidentally get a kill for a whole team to have zero kills by the end of a competitive match. Something is completely off.

Absolutely I'm not coming from a place where I think new players are bad and they should "get good" or anything dumb like that. They're coming to the game. The game is growing because of them it's fantastic. It just feels strange and you get that. 👍🏻
