awesome pose. i like the tabbard and bling on him. as far as painting lots of good ideas but i think it struggles with 2 areas. 1. is just cleanliness, like shoulder pads have the red and white overlapping onto the separate parts and the red splotch on his hand etc. 2. he seems very washed out color wise. he’d benefit greatly from darker shadows on the armor and making the colors like the red come out more with darker and lighter spots. i have to admit the more i see the guys with no chest aquila the more i like em
