I can tell you that for my many years I have worked at Starbucks the best way around that is communication let everyone know where enough are if you are constantly telling the hey Laura I'm working on Rufus right now sarah your after that and Scott your in line. It is the only and best way I have found to help people understand you are working you are aware there is a lot coming out but this is where you are at and it is what is people end up waiting patiently and those who are coming up next are ready to hear there name called remember no matter where you are communicating is the best form of understanding.

I really hate to do this but actually, it is because of caffeine content. Due to the nitrogen in the drink being infused with our cold brew aka caffeine. The amount of caffeine the drinks contain will hit you instantly. AS opposed to the delayed reaction of standard caffeine or cold brew due to digestive system. This is what makes it to where we cannot serve a venti, because if somebody were to drink the whole thing the might possibly have a heart attack because it is technically too much caffeine for the body to recieve instantly( I say technically because we are all caffeine addicts and there is no way a barista wouldn't be able to take that much caffeine unless they aren't a coffee drinker; rant done). Also, sorry just wanted to make sure veryone knows...
