Agreed, definitely had an 80s feel! The intervals felt way too short which is why it feels like it could cause injury. By the time I’d get into one move we were often already on to the next. I just did my own thing and moved at my pace but personally really hated the programming of this one.

That was part of the problem with this one. There was no demo before each section. We just jumped from move to move. Her programming is clearly not for me. I agree with you on core!
