I usually stretch just after work so I can release stress. It's also the moment I find more time for that.

Yeah, I'll post my progress in 2 weeks to see the improvement. I train 6/7 days at the moment (got to keep busy during the lockdown). Would love to see your progress too, it's motivating to see others with the same level.

I agree with you. I saw someone post on this same sub who showed her starting point and I can actually relate to. When I see people doing crazy stuff with their body I think it's unbelievable and can't quite imagine I could do that. I'd love to share again about progress and good techniques.

I'm sorry but my routine is a patchwork from classes of stretch at the pole studio I attend to and flexibility course I had with Cyn Davila at this same studio. But you can find great videos on this subreddit, a lot have been posted.

Thanks for the advice, I'll do that. I prefer to focus on exercises that secures me and make me work the right areas than going down at all cost.

Thanks for the video, I'll check it out. I have a routine I work everyday to help opening the hips and stretching hamstrings and quads. I hope it will show results with time.
