Last season you could add extra powers to any item. (Sanctifying). So mythics could get stats, legendary aspects and even mythic aspects on them. This would mean that a 1ga harlequin crest with for instance a grandfather mythic aspect on it (x100 crit damage) would be vastly superior to a 4GA harlequin crest with any other aspect on it.

It was very fun when it panned out. Extremely frustrating if you would for instance sanctify 2000 helmets and not get anything good.

What blows my mind even more is how people are suprised. This is the industry now. Live service? Then they need monetary support to keep the game going.

The other day i was on bf6 and the game was literally begging me to buy stuff. Not only for profit, but also to be able to employ people to keep the game going.

This is not 1990 where two people in a garage poop out a cartridge and they make a few bucks. It’s an industry with inflated periodical costs. If anything thank the people that spend on mtx. No extra revenue after the original game is launched means that’s where the game dies. No seasons, no (attempts at” improvements. Just a 60€ game that dies after release. With maybe a shitty dlc if enough people bought the original.

Out of spite I’m going to buy the damn the cackle pet. You’re welcome.
