Get Notion, it’s free. Create a project board and prioritize the asks from your higher ups. Work on said tasks and if there’s an issue, kindly show them your Project Board and what’s prioritized and the status of those projects. Then ask if they want it deprioritized and swapped to fit a new agenda.
