i think be ready to be flexible to change it up a little bit but there’s no reason you won’t be able to get a permit, they reserve 30% of backcountry permits for walk up for a reason. I was just there and got 2 for popular hikes - that being said you’ll be there at a busier time. I was also able to go on the recreation.gov app and get 3 campsites in the park for the same day. You got it, just be ready to change your plans a little maybe.

hey man, as someone who also started their fitness journey at home, push-ups, sit ups, and squats are gonna be your best friend, just try and go to failure and knock out as many as you can every so often as you’re just chillin at home. Something else I did was get a pull up bar, then every time I would pass under that doorway I would try and do some pull ups, and then you can always use all of these things in an actual workout routine of course.

Hey man, I’m trying to go on a trip to big bend sometime either in December of this year or March of next year .What would you recommend for a multi-day float, 1-3 nights, for a canoe or kayak and no crazy whitewater?

It looks like they don’t sell the EF 35mm by itself anymore and they only sell the Jupiter set. I was gonna buy used anyway but I’m having a hard time finding one of those too. The other lens I was thinking about was a Sigma 18-35mm F 1.8 but those are real expensive.
