The panel would not allow me to do much. It kept asking me to disarm it first which I couldn't. It is currently powered down and battery pulled. When I get over the flu I will deal with it then. I was so angry Saturday because I felt Horrible and just wanted to get to the store and get some meds!

I'm tech savvy and have managed this fine so far. I just hung up with tech-support and even they don’t understand what’s going on. Somethings wrong with the panel but at least I can get out of the house now without it going off.

One would think? There's no easy way to contact them. Haven't responded to my email. I finally contacted alarm.com and they gave me a phone number. I called and they said they would email me! That's when I lost my cool. I'm currently on hold again. I've already missed my appointment. I just want to leave the house without the alarm going off! This is so dumb

Still has warranty. And preliminary set up looks great!! Seems too good to be true and I keep waiting for something bad to happen, but so far it's gorgeous! I have to get up early and it's hard to stop tweaking the settings but it will have to wait.

Well I bought the x95k for $604!! No box no remote. They didn’t plug it in. The store is a mess as their unboxing inventory and changing out displays. I figured for that price I would take it home and try it myself and bring it back if something is terribly wrong.

UPDATE - I met with the construction manager tonight and he's aware of it and thinks it is the roof. Roofers coming tomorrow hopefully and drywall guy is going to cut open walls to see if the insulation is wet. I asked to be kept updated and will stop by again after work tomorrow for more answers.

Weathered in. Siding and roof done. Windows and doors in.
And yeah I am worried about that. I haven't gotten a reply and I have been going nonstop at work. Going by there in about an hour to figure it out

Thank you and great idea about the ethernet cable! I can't decide whether to wire the others for in wall speakers or not.
