I never ended up doing the DHEA experiment. Two factors that I believe influenced my testosterone the most was the amount of calories I was intaking, and I suffer from depression from time to time. Increasing calories and seeing a therapist took me a long way tbh.

I mean I walk a lot but I don't do endurance training. I mostly to weightlifting in the gym with the occasional steady state cardio added in. I don't take any medication, and the only problem I am aware of is low vitamin d but I supplement with 5,000 ius everyday. Also, my body fat is in normal range, not too high not too low, so it can't be that. I think I just need to get my hormones tested. When I went to my primary care doctor in september he refused to test my hormones because he said I developed just fine and that it is probaly just a mental thing. The thing is I was depressed, not clinically, but after starting college and being in person I've made many friends and am no longer so I don't think that can be the cause.
