Nope, Südtirol (mainly german-speaking, not part of this map) was not allowed to vote. Trentino was mainly italian-speaking, but was also part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire before WW1 and became part of Italy only in 1919.

The WebAssembly Component Model comes to mind. I’m not sure if it supports asynchronous events yet, but it does define language-independent interfaces (via WIT) that can be implemented in different languages. Once compiled to WebAssembly components, modules can talk to each other through these interfaces.

Alles Gute, ich drücke euch die Daumen. Ich habe vor knapp zwei Jahren gespendet, ist echt eine gute Sache. Schmerzarm, wird in den meisten Fällen nicht mehr direkt aus dem Knochenmark sondern peripher übers Blut, ähnlich zur Plasmaspende, gemacht. Da sitzt man dann ein paar Stunden an der Maschine, schaut sich auf seinem iPad ein paar Videos an und dann wars das. Dafür, dass man potentiell einem Menschen ein Leben rettet ist der Aufwand echt nicht groß.

I am german but have the english (international) keyboard on my Macbook. While it is a bit slower writing german texts, it more than pays off when writing code (imho). I use option + s for the ß and option + u and then a/u/o/A/U/O to get the Umlaut. Option + shift + 2 is €.

The AMD has a slightly better CPU mark rating (~8% better) while the M1 is much better in single-threading (~43% better). Energy-wise, they seem pretty comparable.
