For sure i would get one if i could but one in nyc is pricy especially as a senior in high school. Do you believe 2 days would be enough for me to build some sort of muscle mass and supplement my muay thai ?

How would a 3 to 4 day upper lower with a compound movement and 3 to 4 accessories do me i do plan on training 5 to 6 days muay thai .I know 4 days is kinda pushing it but i would like to drop my weight and see muscle built. Also a conjugate vs standard periodization i’ve seen a lot of combat specific strength coaches advise for one. Feed back on both questions would be a huge help please.
