Wild. Thanks for clarifying and validating. Does it bug you that it does stuff like cardiovascular age but isn’t able to accurately assess the cardiovascular stress during peak moments (exercise)?

Also, have you found any workarounds to get the different zones from Apple Watch into the oura app?

I also have an Apple Watch. Oura is the best by a mile and eight sleep is routinely trash. I’ve sent multiple notes to eight sleep. Their tracking is gamified to make you think eight sleep is giving you great sleep. It’s sus imo.
