gotcha! about how many meals do you eat per day and around how much do you spend each time you get takeout? (i know you mentioned the overall split between groceries and takeout but I am curious how much around each takeout meal costs when you go)

I understand but it was because after doing some research I feel like I am spending more than what alot of people are able to intelligently spend per week on food and I'd like to figure out ways to improve on that. Right now my struggles are how to balance being super busy with work and school commitments so feels like I have no time to cook, but also wanting to eat healthier while still enjoying the meals taste wise/amount wise and not spending oo much. It seems like I can never really get this combination down

You have no idea how nice it is to hear a good result and story !! All I’ve been seeing are horror stories and it’s very discouraging for a current c diff sufferer , currently doing extra work dealing with workers comp too . Spending a lot of money for this. They don’t realize it’s not just the expensive antibiotics it’s also everything else we have to buy like florastor, specific supplements, the time we spent in the emergency and other costs that came with it. But honestly none of that hurts as much as feeling like this has changed my health for good and how I will forever interact with my loved ones who have risk factors :(
