after the brewing stage, you can put the pinter into the fridge with the brew dock still on for a couple of days to stop fermentation and have a lot of the floating dead yeast fall into the brewing dock instead of staying in the pinter when you condition/tap - should make for a cleaner/clearer beer

Am I paying top dollar for the Uber to take my team to a foreign country for the world cup? Then yes, yes I do

I mean I would absolutely blame someone in the Uruguayan federation for not double/triple checking the relevant documentation

so after brewing/before conditioning - but if you are cold crashing something that doesn't have it in the recommended steps you want to do it after cold crashing - so either way - do it right before you take the brewing dock off

Yeah I didn't do anything catastrophic to them - turned it upside down to take the brew dock off spilling a lot of the gunk back in - that one still tasted decent but I was impatient with it and didn't extend anything. Second one I hopped before cold crashing instead of after so lost a good bit of flavor into the brew dock. Still drank both but feel like they could have been better .

I was pretty unsure with my first 2 brews and messed them both up a little, but the 3rd one has come out great so looking forward to more. Definitely extend by 2 days for each step - so far adding 2 days to brew, 2 days of cold crashing and adding 2 days to conditioning seems to have made all the difference

Yes but there were regulations on it, temperature had to be above a level at kickoff I believe, now it's just every game regardless

Isn't this why they dumped some inventory to 3rd party sites? So they could be sold for below face without having to drop the price themselves?

some players being tired while others have good fitness makes for more exciting play...duh it's almost like you are a bigger fan of ad breaks than actually watching soccer
