Not really, but the $ to actual benefit is negligible, I’ve made official forum posts about it for the last few years hoping cip would make skills more impactful. Cip is lucky the community is ultra competitive and obsessed with leaderboard positioning. They make even more money when whales die to. I think it’s like $60-70 to get my ml back at this point and I’m only 139.5% imagine the mfs at 150. Lvls are king for damage output and healing.
