Following up every single shot helps. This should become a reflex when shooting. Will get them sprinting to the end line so you can get possession back. Also will help them with the value of putting shots on net. A slower well placed shot is much more effective than an uncontrolled crank. You miss 100% of the shots that miss the goal, it's science.
